The terms below apply to every catered event. If anything here needs clarifying for your booking, just ask — we would rather answer it up front.

Deposit

Fifty percent (50%) deposit is due with the signed contract.

Final Payment

Balance is due three days prior to the event, payable by check or cash. Prior arrangements may allow for invoicing.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event. Although most security deposits are non-refundable, we will gladly apply your deposit towards a new date.

Gratuity

The customary fifteen percent (15%) gratuity is added to all food, beverage and other applicable services and charges.

Tax

6% Maryland State tax is added to all catered events unless non-profit or tax exempt.

Credit Card Charges

Add 4% per transaction.
