Fifty (50) per cent deposit is due with signed contract.

Final Payment

Balance is due three days prior to the event. Payable by check or cash (prior arrangements may allow for invoicing).


Cancellations must be made no later than seventy-two hours (72) hours prior to the scheduled event. Although most security deposits are non refundable, we will gladly apply your deposit towards a new date.


The customary fifteen percent (15%) gratuity will be added to all food, beverage and other applicable services and charges.

Sunshines Catering limits the number of special events that are catered on any one day. This unique policy guarantees that your event will receive the ultimate degree of quality and service it deserves.


6% Maryland State tax will be added to all catered events unless non profit or tax exempt.
